The eligibility checker

Everything you type into the eligibility checker — lot area, width, zone, floor area, BAL, attached or detached — is processed entirely in your own browser. It is never sent to us, never stored on a server, and never logged. Close the tab and it's gone.

If you buy something

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles them directly. Stripe collects your email address, and we ask it to collect your name and phone number, so we have a record of the purchase and can help if access needs restoring.

After a successful purchase we set a secure, httpOnly cookie in your browser containing only the Stripe checkout session ID. That cookie is what unlocks paid content, and it is re-verified against Stripe on each request.

Analytics

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for this site, standard GA4 analytics is loaded to count visits and understand which pages are useful. If it isn't configured, no analytics runs at all.

Access and correction

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@kynric.com. We handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
